Louis Russo is one of a few experts in the world on powder coating. Being in the finishing business for over 40 years he has solved just about every finishing problem that has come his way. His experience shows how ambition, persistence and knowledge can add to a successful business.

Louis has been in the custom coating and finishing business for over 40 years. Realizing that powder coating was the new trend he started his first custom finishing business at the age of 27. Willing to finish anything a customer send in, his companies grew with much success. Always family oriented, his wife Susan joined in 1990 and runs the administrative offices. In addition, his daughter Danielle Russo-Slugh and son in law, Marc Slugh have also joined SDL to run the Sales and Marketing department.
